1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Serv. SaaS Restaurant Operating System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Subscription & Billing

Serv. operates on a subscription model. Billing occurs on a recurring basis as outlined in your selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3. Acceptable Use of POS System

You agree to use our POS system and associated software legally and ethically. You must not:

Use the system for unauthorized or illegal transactions.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack the platform.
Process fraudulent payments or violate PCI compliance standards.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, our services may experience occasional downtime for maintenance. Serv. is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or operational disruptions caused by system outages beyond our reasonable control.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
